maybe you wouldn't be stabbed - that is just a worst case scenario. at best you could save someone else. i think that Henbane has it on target. the media scares people and creates a bad cycle.

I'd like it if the discussion on domestic violence was taken to a new thread. It's a good topic and deserves to be discussed, but it's gotten to the point where it's no longer relevant to stalking.

It depends on the exact events though and the personalities involved. It's a case-by-case basis thing.
