I have one more point to make and I'm washing hands of this nonsense.

Feminism is a widely understood term that has been used for the bwttwr part of a century. I defy you to find a person who hasnt heard the term feminist.

Incel is a very niche term. It's known only to those with their finger on the pulse of modern internet terms or those who watch the news of what extreme incels have done.

Most people have never heard the term incel. Defending this tiny niche word is a waste of time. It's like trying to claim the word Awhape or Swerp or Dowsable (all real words).

The general public don't care. Even using the word incel in an innocent way means as much as calling someone a Dowsable

All I said is that I find this thread demeaning towards people in general. There's too much negative subtext.

There is no bigotry against involuntarily celibate men; there is only bigotry against involuntarily celibate men who complain about being involuntarily celibate to such an extent that they derail unrelated threads to express their misery over being involuntarily celibate, start multiple threads expressing their misery over being involuntarily celibate, demonize or "blame-and-shame" women for allegedly causing their misery over being involuntarily celibate, and openly attack women (and anyone else) who points out that it's their behavior that repels others, not the state of their celibacy.

Honestly, if a man were to pull the same crap on the job, his employment would be terminated solely on the grounds that he would have been creating a hostile work environment through his sexist behavior and his hostility toward women, and it would have absolutely nothing to do with any non-existent "bigotry" against his involuntary celibacy. Nothing!

In my opinion, the mods may be well within the scope and purpose of this website to treat any and all forms of misogyny in a more aggressive manner, while ignoring any and all false claims of bigotry against involuntarily celibate men.

His tendency to approach every female he finds attractive is potentially getting him into trouble, and he accidentally has wound up flirting with a minor because he thought she was older. I understand that there might be some nuance missing 'cause this is only through descriptions on the Internet, but that's what his descriptions make it seem like, and like, this is close to home or something despite not caring about dating beyond just silly crushing. 'Cause there were times that I thought the entire world was like, some tiny little community where everyone is supposed to act like we all are best friends and we owe other people our boundaries and you're an evil a**hole if you dare question that or whatever. It does make me wonder TBH. Ugh, you could tell I'm agitated or whatever. File this under "things I shouldn't care about and which I only care about because of my anxiety."
