Tradeoffs and Dealbreakers?

-Must be independent, because I AM NOT a sugar daddy. And I don't want a sugar momma, either. The person in question has to be able to pull her own weight and fend for herself, should the need arise
-Must be intelligent and mature. I DO NOT want a "vase with empty space"
-Must not want children, because I don't want them either
-Must not want marriage, because I don't want it either
-Must be honest and upfront. I have neither the time or the patience for BS mindgames.
...other than that, I don't really give a damn.
