dont think talking is the way to make clear that you like him theres various other ways to hint at the fact that you like him like holding his hand hugging him etc. best way i know is to get drunk and kiss the other person not to drunk though just drunk enough to make sure you're not afraid and he will adjust easily. getting drunk might be a problem where do you live. hmm just give him clues by touching him touching people realy stands out and has a high spark chance.

almost forgot tickling works great to thats how i got my current girlfriend ow and take chances its important if you dont wat to take chances you might aswel be in bed al day.
