I haven't lost interest per se, but I just don't see myself getting a girlfriend or any kind of relationship because I don't have a viable way to meet them. My work schedule makes it nearly impossible to join anything and since I don't have any friends, I don't go out much because I can't think of anything to do by myself.

This could be a sign of depression. Read up on the signs and symptoms of major depression before ruling it out.

I read somewhere that it is very common for Aspies to suffer chronic depression. I know I have often battled with it throughout life. I agree with Hector - you should get it looked at.

Most women annoy the hell out of me, but every now and then I meet one who makes my heart tick just a little bit faster. They're still not easy to get into a long term relationship with but spending time with a woman like that still beats loneliness by a long shot....

Whether you're just having shallow fun, sharing intimate feelings or having hot steamy sex.... There's nothing you can do without a girlfriend that's remotely as fulfilling.
