If this'll sound bad, I apoligize in advance. To avoid the problem of "those" guys stealing my girl, I typically go for girls who "those" guys don't like. In other words, I lower my standards to avoid the risk of losing my girl. Even if a girl isn't as attractive as I'd like her to be, it doesn't bother me; I know who I can and can't attract and keep interested. Sacrificing attractiveness for security seems weird to my NT friends, but they understand the logic behind it.

just because a girl is gorgeous doesn't mean she'll drop you when a better looking or NT guy comes along and vice versa with a 'less' attractive girl-just cause you don't think she's the hottest girl around doesn't mean someone else won't and that she won't leave you.

Another thing to consider with this mentality, of my friends that aren't "beautiful", just average looking (still very sweet people mind you) they seem to cheat more than anyone else I know, they have very low self esteem and cheating bolsters it. So, average looks don't keep someone with you.

I hate hearing, "you don't seem autistic/aspie". I have a nagging suspicion most people have no idea what autistic or aspie "seem" like in the first place...

When I was engaged, a bar singer who had dated my wife at one time in past was still chasing her.

He was considered attractive and desirable, and at one time he gave a moving rendition of "I ain't got nobody" if front of a lot of women who wished they had him. It did not move Senora.

Bottom line is that when dating normal people there is always a rival. When Senora was dating that bar singer she had dozens of rivals. They only person she dated without feeling some competition was me. That's because I was doing something wrong and I still don;t know what it is.

The thing is, when a female is free there are usualy a lot of guys looking to get laid crawling over each other in some kind of competition. This doesn't always mean a girl is very intrested in one of those guys though. Don't be so insecure in that, if some other guy shows intrest she imidiatly isn't intrested in you :)
