This is high comedy at its best - some grain of truth amidst kilos upon kilos of overgeneralization.

My suggestion - take a good look at yourself, your ideas, your beliefs, then your appearance, and try to use your external palette to project the best of your internal. Also its not even 'confidence' (that's a lie for both sexes) so much as style of body language, movement, and the type of emotionality that a person's mannerisms give off; that style has to be practiced and for people with AS - very well through though, you also want to look at other people's mannerisms to see what they do that you like, especially people with similar facial structures and yes - jock their style.

My advice to women though is mostly the first part - ie. if you have a lot of internal substance, if you're an introvert and have a massive internal world where people can't even see the tip of the iceberg - take what you think is the most dominant positive theme or something that you really like about your own emotionally, perhaps something you wish you could share but don't have the means in words, and 'weave' that aura around you. NT's decorate themselves with ornaments for that purpose - its partly a sales pitch, yes, its also partly communication as in what you choose says a bit about who you are.

In addition to the points raised above, I think that the advice about wearing a tight mini skirt, folding and unfolding the legs, and occasionally spreading the legs, would be a worthwhile exercise. It would seem to be a valid way of signaling and inviting interest.
