I share your pain, man. I'm in the same situation. The girl I like I met at temp work, which ended late last week, and who knows how long it will be until we see each other again, at another contract? The only contact info I have is her email. She did actually reply to my mail, though. She said she's going on holiday tomorrow, and would like to catch up with me when she gets back. I hope she lives up to her word. I miss her already, and its been less than a week... :cry:

And even if you do get some sort of "I can't do it at this moment" you'll feel better just trying.

Yeah, at least you can say you've given it a go.

She's away on holiday this week, but I'll try contacting her again after she gets back.

Dont annoy her. If she blows you off, just pretend that she doesn't exist.

That's why I am giving her some space for a few weeks. Don't want to come off as a weirdo stalker.

An update:

She replied and thought that it would be "awesome." The initial idea was for her, I and some mutual friends to meet up, which was cool by me (I'm just trying to get to know her). However, schedule conflicts meant we just kept pushing things back. I say we...actually more and more its her and her schedule. Now she says maybe we'll meet up after the wedding season has ended, whenever the hell that is.

Last message, I proposed she join up with me a some friends to see a movie, which is coming up a week from Friday. She said she was already busy that day, and thanked me for the invite.

At this point, I could pretty much get a clue that, like every other woman I've encountered, she's not interested, and is just giving me a polite brush off.

I know i have to keep trying, but it hurts so much to do it. Every time, a rejection. I feel so unworthy. I really don't think there is anyone out there for me. Who could want me? I step outside my body, and look at me, and see this ugly, weird person. I hate him. I want to hurt him.
