Married With Children was a kick ass show. It made us Americans a little less ashamed of our stupidity.

Hollywood vs Reality
Most of the time, Hollywood is a fantasy. Usually at the end everybody is happy, conflicts and problems are resolved, and the guy (sometimes the main character) gets the girl, they kiss, and then the credits roll. Thats just it. It can't go on unless theirs a sequel, so you have to play the same story again and again and again.
Reality just keeps on going. You will not have a rerun. If you do get the girl, their are lots of possibilities that could happen. Most of them are unpredictable. You might break up, get married then divorce, or get married and live happily ever after (which Hollywood likes to portray).

In the dramas I see the characters do some stupid things, then they 'start to fall in love'. I simply don't understand how that matter is supposed to work :roll:
