Your window of opportunity is closing quickly. Ask her to a movie, to hang out, lunch, coffee. You are over analyzing this.

I AGREE COMPLETELY! Please, just ask her out! What's the worse that can happen?

If you don't ask her out and then don't get another opportunity, then you will regret it immensely.

Well I don't really ask her out... But heard she was going to this local thing downtown tonight I said that I had been thinking about going and so I was going to probably see her there tonight... idk... I feel like I already lost the chance and unless something miraculous happens tonight I lost.

My depression has been a lot worse lately and don't even think I am capable of being in a relationship at this time... so idk.

I'm not the best person to tell you what works in these situations, but I can definitely tell you all the pressure you're putting on yourself will not help one bit. My suggestion - which should be taken with a grain of salt - is to assume nothing will come of this, and just go to the event anyway because you've got nothing to lose.

I'll agree with everyone here...take a little relaxation, play things cool, but do hang out with her nonetheless.

So... I messed up but still think I have a chance.

So I went to the local thing last night but didn't see her there. Was there for about an hour and a half. I saw some friends there hung out with them. Did a few looks around and left. Then talked to her on Skype/Facebook later that night. I have talked to her pretty much all day on and off on Skype today and asked if she wanted to hang out sometime and she said yes. I said I didn't know when I would be able to. But that I would tell her when I could. (I didn't think that one through as I didn't know a day when I was open...) So thinking about asking her to hang out tomorrow or the next day depending on if I am able to.

But yeah...

Congrats!

As for the compliment, it's never creepy if the girl compliments you first, and reciprocate the compliment. It's a lil creepy if you had never met the girl, never talked to her, and then out of nowhere said "you're amazing." lol

If she likes scary movies (and you don't mind them) those are good because she'll either be clutching your hand or she'll laugh with you or whatever. Otherwise really any movie is good, just make sure you both want to see it so that neither of you are bored.

My current girlfriend I met online (through Myspace actually lol) and we met in person and started dating a week after we met online. Our first date was Arby's and "Alice in Wonderland." Normally I wouldn't suggest talking the girl on a date to a fast food restaurant, but in my case, my girlfriend loves Arby's lol

Also my girlfriend is younger than my sister, but I don't really see anything wrong with it...Everyone else seems to think a 21 yr old shouldn't date a 17 year old, but my parents have a larger age gap between them and they get along fine...

See now that wasn't so hard now was it? Ask and you shall receive. Good luck and have fun.
