Basic advice is... there is no hurry.
Some girls will even prefer you as being inexperienced, whether for her personal or for religious reasons. Don't let a movie dictate what you do in your life.
As for this girl... she just wanted to kiss you. Her actions say it did not mean more than a momentary thing. I don't blame you for feeling confused. But don't let her fickleness upset you too much. Not all women are fickle.
Some women also like to flirt or kiss etc. Without more information I have no idea what turned her off, if anything. There are also some people who enjoy toying with other people's feelings. Chalk it up to experience. Usually you have to meet a lot of duds before you find the one who is right for you.
