GUYS: Do you like it when girls act 'cute' and happy?

I don't know if I'm on point with my response but I much prefer someone who doesn't make jest of everything because I am not like that and I see how personality clashes could lead to the detriment of the relationship. At the same time I do like to have someone around who can lighten the mood every once in a while and make me think "Life's not so bad after all." You know, shed the weights off even for a little while.
This was said extremely well. I wouldn't want someone who goes around thinking that life is wonderful and I'm too negative. At the same time, I'm drawn to the girls who a contagious, light-up-a-room smile. They give me (inadvertently) something that I lack in my life, in the right amount, in the right way. They don't, by any means, make me think "life is great, so enjoy it", but more like "life is manageable, you can tough it out".

caveat: I'm a girl.
Both my bf's liked me when I acted 'cute' and 'happy'.. or more accurately, they thought I was cute because I was happy.
Probably nobody other than them would ever think of me as 'cute'; I'm far too serious in day to day life, so I think part of the charm for them was that they were the 'special' ones able to elicit the happy version of me.
My point; cuteness is in the eye of the beholder. And who wouldn't want to see their girlfriend/boyfriend happy?
That giggly shrill brainless s**t though... ugh. I've never met a guy, boyfriend or not, who liked people like that. At most its tolerated because the girl in question is hot/ has other admirable qualities.
