Fb5b: I had thought that my fiancé would have reacted in the way you did and while he did say he was angry with my ex, he also seemed angry with me for telling him, and thought less of me for dating such a person in the first place. But ultimately I think maybe you are right - his issues are more than I can deal with. Hearing how you reacted to your wife's previous relationship makes me realise his reaction just isn't right. Look after your wife; I'm so glad she has found her prince at last.

Arman: I feel very sad that you suffer with your twisted logic: it makes no sense and will really hurt you in the end. I couldn't make my fiancé see this - he looses me, even though he loves me, because he's jealous of the fact that I was with someone before, even though he has had several partners before too. When you love someone, you have to embrace the person that they are, and the experiences that created them. I think that fact I had the strength to leave my ex, rebuild my life and love again, say more about me than falling into the situation in the first place. But he couldn't accept that and has lost the amazing love that we shared. I would hate that to happen to anyone else - as you can no more change your past relationships than you can change what you ate for breakfast. Look after yourself.
