Take the fear with you.

I think a better idea is not to get past the fear, but to allow fear to be present without letting it take over all your functionality. Breathe.

I hear ya. Thank you. I am focusing on my breathing, especially at work. I find it can truely keep you calm and focused. I'm also meditating and doing yoga practice. Do you do any of this?

Yeah, I do. I'm very keen on meditation and I think everyone could benefit from a regular practice, even as little as fifteen minutes a day really helps.

There's research that shows that Meditation actually builds certain brain structures and has positive effects on others, many of them coincidentally in places where aspies typically have problems (forebrain, amygdala)

I don't know exactly, maybe 3 or 4 years ago? I think it's only really been the last year that I've been super diligent about it, meditating at least 15 minutes a day most days, and sometimes doing as much as several hours.

There's a bunch of yak about the subject and an instruction on one way to meditate on my blog, which you can find if you hit the www button under this post.

"I must not fear, fear is the mind killer"

Getting high on spice melange probably helps. Travelling without moving is quite a funky party trick

Get the girl to approach you or get her to think she wants to. Do something that would get her attention to you in a good way, like in the heinekin advert :D

Yeah, I started a couple years ago and have been doing yoga for the last two months.
In fact, here is something I think you'll enjoy.
