Or they could just be not interested. Or in a relationship already. Or had bad experiences. Who knows?

He usually has no way of knowing she is in a relationship already unless she has a wedding ring on or he is in her social circle. It's unreasonable for her to assume he does know she is in a relationship in the absence of indicators. Likewise, he has no way to know she isn't interested, so here mere approaching her does not warrant any beliefs he is a creep or any incivility as a result of that.

She may have had bad experiences and think all men are creeps, but as I said he probably wouldn't want her in that case.

Well, I think that the OP needs encouragement to keep trying, and not reasons to be bitter about refusals. Calling the women that have refused him names, is not helpful. I have had men call me those names just because I wouldn't date them. Women have no obligation to accept dates from people if they are not interested in them. Having said that, I think us women in this forum can be of better use if we try to answer his questions honestly and not dwell on the negatives.

Brianruns10, let's just hope that you keep a positive attitude. My Aspie boyfriend says that he hopes that you develop the confidence to persevere and to hopefully come across someone with whom the chemistry is right.

Even when I do have feelings for someone, I just get confused. I really don't understand why someone would want to be with me.

I did not call the women that refused him names. You have either misread my original post or did not understand. Here is what I said.

What I said wrote:
I do not think most women would think you are a creep for asking them out. If they think you are a creep, they likely did before you asked them out, unless you asked them out in some creepy way. It's not unreasonable to ask someone out though. The few women who do think you are a creep for asking them out are either emotionally immature, stuck up b!tches, or both and you wouldn't...or shouldn't want them.

As you see from the phrase above If they do think you are a creep So I was only speaking of women who think he's a creep in the context of the above situation. Not women who have rejected him.

I honestly feel flattered that someone would not only like me, but like me enough to pluck up the courage to ask me out. And then I feel awful because I'm going to have to let him down. I try and be as nice as possible. Generally it's because I don't think we would be compatible and it's not really down to a personality flaw on the guy's part.

If a girl says no, then that doesn't make you a loser. People need to both click and if that spark isn't there for the both of you, then you're better moving on and finding someone that feels the same way about you.
