This may sound cliche but how about taking her to a club and arrange her fave song be played. Or take her to someplace from the past. Such as where the two of you first met, or where your first date was. Something like that may touch her heart.
Then again, I don't know anything about her. She may not appreciate it.
Any ladies want to input their take on this idea?
