Lol.. I dont know. I dont think my country is a very good one to hitch hike in, most drivers would be ok I guess but there are some weird people around and I dont want to chance upon anyone like that.

It's kind of hard to be an adventurer when one has a full-time, desk-based office job. Plus many of us would find skydiving, bungee-jumping, zip-lining over the Amazon, etc. too dangerous.

Which, if you can save up your spair cash for investment or deposit in a good REIT - you may be on your way.


That's where physical conditioning comes in. I don't think I'd try many of these things straight out of the gate myself - I'd at least try to crawl before I walked *well - skydiving would really require the least, bungee requires a little bit of experience, zip-lining if that's holding on for dee life I'd definitely say hand strength is required).

We may look like the weird people, but the true weird people are ones that noone suspects are weird.

It's actually illegal in the US to hitchhike and pick them up (may be a state to state thing and not federal though.)

You'll see some people though doing it on occasion. I worked a job where I drove a lot through the midwest and would see someone every so often. I always had the urge to pick them up, like I saw a hippy looking kid, dreads and all, with like 3 backpacks and a suitcase on the side of the road and figured no actual murderer would weigh themselves down with so much stuff (unless of course they were filled with his last victims =P.) I wanted to pick him up cause I figured he had a good story to tell and to help pass the next 4 or 5 hours of driving. If I were in my own car and not a company car I would have.

State side though, if you are a women I wouldn't recomend it. If a truck driver picks you up you will be asked to perform certain acts at somepoint while in the cab. I think the likelyhood of being pressured or forced is pretty slim, but you'd be best advised not to do it just to avoid the situation entirely =P.

No, because I believe its one, inspiring for those who can attain it and two, it makes those who can't take a second look to see if there aren't more local or reasonable parallels they can't grab. I'd rather single people at least count some of their blessings and realize that they can aim higher in some ways than their married parent friends can, that it's not all curse.

i think you fail to understand the human mind far too much. Humans are animals of want, not have.

Why should we only post things that are attainable for everyone?

That would basically include, breathing, eating, sleeping etc.

I think the message is basically this; if you can't get a girlfriend, just do something interesting instead.

i know what the message is supposed to be. what im saying is that something interesting isnt always easy to do either.

So.....what race of being would you attribute want + goals set = goals attained to?

I'm sorry that you feel that you can't do anything interesting. I remember boredom.
