My parents were of European stock; dad had BPD, Bipolar Disorder, and alcoholism. My ex-wife was 1st generation European - one parent came from Ireland (Ulster), and the other came from Poland. She had BPD, Bipolar Disorder, and alcoholism (just like my dad - I thought she was normal). I grew up in a town that was almost entirely of European stock, and they treated me like I was ret*d and "spastic". I could get dates with non-whites, but white women always seemed to be looking for "something better".
My wife and her family were the first group of people - a large group of people - to treat me as something of an equal. It may have something to do with my Aspieness presenting as more formal mannerisms than most other white folk seem to display. Maybe it's because I showed respect for their elders without having to be told.
Maybe I was Asian in a past life (
) - not that I believe in that sort of thing.

Me, I just want to be Asian in my next life so I'll have a tiny ass. Is that so wrong? {P.S. I'm kidding; I know "Asian"s come in all body types}
