I forgot to mention that I can NOT be attracted to or interested in anyone else 1ce I'm in a relationship with someone. I can NOT imagine being with anyone but the one person I'm with so I would never want to have a relationship with another.

These things do work for some people, but you probably have to be the same sort of person who's comfortable with polygamy. If you want to start one, more power to ya.

Also, I can't help but add this, I thought of it as soon as I saw the thread title:

This leads to some thought-provoking discussion about why we usually make groups of two in romance.
Is it because we are led into that situation by society/culture as an influence?
Or is it because we are hardwired as human beings to more naturally pair into a romantic relationship consisting of two people?

This goes into a whole other topic about whether humans are naturally polygamous or monogamous, which bears interesting results if you search it on Google.

It could work but it would require a strong amount of mutual understanding and compromise, I'm too insecure and protective for something like that, I prefer a monogamous relationship and I find having a relationship with one person to be difficult and emotionally draining as it is, let alone two.

It could also lead to favoritism and jealousy which is never a good thing, realistically I don't think it would work. It's similar to saying that an perfect equal society can exist when in reality, there will always be jealousy, envy and greed.
