OK, while I still do not think her behavior qualifies as stalking, she is now officially scary. And a little exciting, too but, as a possibly autistic man, I prefer to stay on the good side of the law.

Why would I? My concern for CoD clans is genuine!

Didn't such clans exist in Brazil? I remember I read a truestory book about that.

Actually, you are right. Although they are not families (just common business-like organized crime run by stoned "gangstas"), they engage in pretty much those same activities. I am not even sure why I was so surprised.

Yeah, CoD clans in Brazil are the real deal. Very hardcore. :)

She has her own Magnum in her apt too, for self-defence she claims since clans are often stuck in vicious bloody cycle of inter-clan feuds, every one of them are at risk.

and she's majoring in pharmacy (hmmm clans are known for drugdealing... coincidence O_O ?)

When I first met her she used her mom's family name (non-clan) all the time , even on FB she's not using her dad's family name (the clan). She only recently told me about it.

Would it be too cliché to post that shot of Admiral Ackbar saying "IT'S A TRAP!"? She is not the one you are currently dating, I hope?

A local clan-related comic:

1- Dad dad!! I fought with my gf and she left angry.
2- She'll forget tomorrow
3- But she's of the Meqded clan
4- O_O
5- f**k you, go say sorry to her now!

and no, she's not the one I am dating but she's someone persisting on wanting to date me/see me/meeting me / f*** me all the time....

If you are not interested, the only solution I can think of is telling her you are already seeing another woman and you are not interested. Sorry about my lack of better ideas.

Don't show any interest then. If she starts getting too much, just be wary of your next steps because she could be part of this organisation and you could be asking for a short bath.

Already doing that... not showing interest, and wasn't much effective.

^ She's filthy rich, she's selling her Honda CRV to get an Infiniti FX just because it looks nicer *facepalm*, she asked me if I want her CRV (as if I can afford its fuel costs), and her parent's "summer house" is literally a castle. Seriously, why me.

Aww... she's sending me kisses with bomb emoticons as 'explosive kisses' - how comforting.

You already in a relationship?
If so, stop stringing her along and cut her off, kindly but completely, stop all contact/communication and move on. If she continues to harass, contact the police, even though they maybe utterly useless.

If not, do you actually find her attractive?
I don't see the harm in getting into a relationship with people who have difficult families and lives. It's all about maturity and experiences and if this girl, who clearly has money and influence, wants a relationship - which is a series of fun and flirty experiences - go for it.

Yes, they'll be useless. Seriously....only the army deals with the clans in case of clashes.

You want us dead, clans engage in what's called 'Honor killing', google it.

Clan not cult.

They're often involved in drug agriculture, organized car stealing, money laundry ....all the big s**ts you may imagine, each clan has its own 'armed wing' of men who are often armed to teeth and ruthless. Think of the Mafia houses in Italy.

Her last name isn't Shunnarah is it? LOL

(sorry, that's an inside joke that probably only Mindsigh would get)
