Old haircut was better, get a stubble trimmer, stand up more in your photos so you look more confident, get a fake tan and try different suit colours like brown.
A Gears of war style shirt might appeal to a young girl but to a real lady, you are going to come as a band t shirt guy that hasn't grown out of band t shirts.
Other than that, I think you're good to go.
Fake tan I don't really agree with. If you want better looking skin, eat more colorful veggies, especially carots. Why? Beta carotene.
First is no tan, and no/normal/low levels of carotenoid intake. Second is tanned. 3rd is no tan, and increased carotenoid intake.
Lots of fake tan products, especially pills, are just carotenoids, so with artificially increased intake of them, you'll look like Snookie, but if you just eat some more veggies you'll look great. My skin was pasty as all hell in 2009, then when I got my license picture retaken, it had a nicer "orange" color, but not super ridiculous orange, just nicer looking.
Anyway, I don't know what to say about clothes. I wear like, random used preppy clothes I buy for no money at Salvation Army. I like them better as people don't notice me and I don't stand out in public wearing them. I especially DON'T like wearing black tshirts, as then people start throwing around the "freaky" label more. But it's up to you, I do believe Woflheart is right, by wearing shirts like that you will *possibly* attract more nerdy/gamer girls, if that's who you wanna attract, but the problem is, they grow up, and at 30 you can't really hang around with teenage/college age girls anymore. There's some groups that will have girls your own age into that sorta thing (I used to belong to an anime club that did, well actually the girls were in short supply, but still) but it's rare. So no, not gonna be like Wolfheart and tell you to walk around in a suit and fake tan all day, but it's just something to consider.
