I feel that an open fart means that you have reached that point in a relationship where you are both completely comfortable with each other. Whether it be a funny joking fart that is purposefully pushed out, or the "oops" fart.

When I hear (or smell) my girlfriend fart, in a way it makes me happy to know that she feels comfortable with me.

Not to mention, farts are just plain funny.... life it too short to hold it in.

It depends on what kind of fart. If its a wet, toxic fart that shakes the rafters and you have to call a priest for.......... I'd just laugh my ass off.

It depends, if she slips one out, then it is kind of funny. Not worry about it.
But if she goes to the toilet and go like a raving mad lunatic laughing like dr evil while farting... Then it isn't really attractive.

That kind of absurd humour would have me in stitches! After laughing my head off (and she's cleaned up) she'd be in for quite a chase/embrace!

According to QI Series G Episode 11 A joke from BC 1900 states:

Everybody poops, therefore everybody farts, therefore it shouldn't be a problem. Why would it be different for women?
