Having a great body works for sure, but it really attracts the wrong kind of girls if you take a topless picture in your bathroom.
But if you want to date someone for the sake of dating then pffff be my guest~

Avoid saying "baby you look hawt" or something along those lines.
I've noticed so many times guys saying something like this in other girls profile pictures.
Try to act different around her and use more subtle compliments, otherwise you would be their 10000th man who says "DAMN GURL YOU LOOKX SMEXY"

Make an introduction to a word file and copy it, and send it to everyone you think you would like, granted if they have logged in
under a month. Make edits to it depending on their profile/hobbies/bla bla. Don't sound too desperate in your messages either~

Also don't stop sending messages to new girls even if you are in a "dating phase" with someone, because there are TON of girls
who are dating multiple guys, which will hopefully stop if you make a good impression of yourself.

DON'T start with a "Hello how are you?"
Girls gets their mailbox cluttered with this and what makes you think she'll even bother responding to you?
Start with a little about yourself, see if you have anything in common based on their profile, but don't tell everything about yourself during the first contact.
Be yourself, but lie if you need to in the most harmless way possible~ Otherwise it might haunt you in the future.
Try to write a lot and keep the conversation rolling, don't answer questions with a simple yes/no etc.

If you have spare $/€/£ to spend, try dating sites that require money, but ONLY if you are really serious~
I found my girl from KoreanCupid. It's expensive as bag full of dicks, but the plus side of it is that there are much much less other men
competing with you. There's other free sites like OKCupid as mentioned already, but you'd have to be reaaallly amazing to get that super hawt chick~
Also try contacting girls who are just joined the site, that way you'll have better chance to prove that you aren't like 99% of the other guys in the site.

Ehhh... I guess that's all I can think of.. maybe helpful maybe not, worked for me anyhoo~
There's a lot more to it, but you'll have to figure it yourself since I'm not you.

Good luck~

I didn't recommend a bathroom pic, reread my first point.

And btw, define "wrong kind" of girls, because the girls I met up/dated were of various types, ranged from extrovert to introvert, from scientist to artistic type of persons.

It's timewasters, not waste-timer.

Even better question, why are you in this forum then?

Hopefully to find someone with braincells, which seems to exclude you.

Refrain from insults and stop getting back this thread. Otherwise I am gonna report you and make you excluded from the whole site.

It looks like it works.

I don't think it would be my sort of thing though; if I ever got into online dating I would be content meeting someone new every two months or whatever, if that meant there would be a good probability we'd get along well. It does give off the "dating for the sake of dating" vibe for me though.

I've done some theoretizing on how would my dating profile look like if I made one, and how would I handle it, but so far it's just theoretizing. It's good to see you have results to back up your teachings.

I am truly sorry, Boo, but I could not resist. The urge to do this was stronger than me:
