How do I get a guy with asperges to fall for me?

I'm immature for my age myself & had limited relationship experience. The age difference wouldn't matter to me as long as she was legal due to my being immature for my age & having little luck with romance. I'm pretty direct & straightforward & am pretty oblivious to NT flirting. I would have a hard time believing that a girl I didn't know well would be interested h me due to my awkwardness & other AS issues. I would just assume she's being friendly or playing around. If a girl I didn't really know would suddenly tell me she liked me I would be in shock for a bit & then think that she she didn't notice my issues & would regret it 1ce we went out or anything or I would think she was playing around or really wanting something else other than romance. What would of worked for me would be if the girl tried to get to know me really slowly at 1st as a friend(like just occasionally talking abit & then talking longer & more often & more personal) & then she would have to be direct & tell me she like me or wanted to do something with me.

That's how it happened with my Aspie friend. Except it was by accident. We used to eat lunch in with the same group of friends every day and then eventually I started emailing him and striking up random conversation. Then I started flirting with him. When it seemed like he wasn't getting the hint I "turned up the heat" and got more and more direct. Finally I just straight up sent him an email telling him exactly how I felt about him.
