You are one of the top three hottest guys on this whose pics I've seen. For reall. You got some kind of like way messed up self image in my book. I mean I do like you as a friend and all that, for real but I also think you are freaking smoking hot! So take that how you will. I have several friends who are extremely good looking in my book, and being very good looking doesn't mean I wont tell you when I think you are wrong or what not, but seriously dude, come on now, for real? I also just really don't want you to wear that hat in Canada. I don't know why. I'm chewing the callous off the first finger of my right hand about it right now actually. That's just me though.

You got some ways to talk to girls that you don't think are good at all, but they are. You got that whole self depreciating stuff like all those comedians do. I copied my s**t from comedians as well so I get it. It does sort of fit and feels right. But dude, come on. I will tell you this though, you are close to my age and I have only just now thought I look somewhat pretty. Like within the past year. I'm 49. So it takes us a long time to get to where the varsity squad was back then.

We're almost as cowboy as Texas up here... URBAN cowboy, at least, and with just as much oil.

I've had too many people call me too skinny (back then) too fat (now), unattractive, unwanted and too weird to be around... even the wife booted me out for not being "good enough"... it's very hard to override a lifetime of that.

That's the same problem a lot of other good guys n' gals have here... I once observed that bullies are masters of doing something they don't even realize... by picking on someone when young, they're likely destroying the "competition" in jobs, power, and mates for life!

...I look in the mirror and (besides a little tummy) never disliked what I saw - but I knew almost no one else liked the man in the mirror. Nice enough fella', but never "good enough" to be one of the group.

Sweetie, you just don't think enough of yourself. The hat, well I'm not gonna get into Canadians stealing Texans hats and all cause I'm not a Texan. It's fine with me. But though when I went to visit my dad and he bought me a hat I had to drink six shots of tequila and remain standing before I got the hat. I was 20 years old. I think you might should possibly have you some tequila so you think a little bit better about yourself. Trust me, I know what it feels like to feel like you are not good enough or not up to speed or whatever. I felt that way all my life and still do. It's only now that I think "Well ya know, I'm sorta pretty if the light hits me like this" or something. And you know the worst part of realizing it? Even though I'm married and with kids and all that, I realize that I wasted years of my life not doing things because I didn't think I was pretty enough!

I got a feeling that is exactly what you are doing there sparkplug! You are just throwing time and opportunities away because you don't think you are good enough for them when if ever actually start looking at what your good enough is, there aint no way you ever gonna be that without personal trainers, plastic surgery and several hundred thousand dollars to pay people to follow you around and hold lights a certain way. Dude, this is your life, you are good enough, just go out and freaking do it! You'll get shot down a lot! I did too! It happens. It toughens you up, which you (and I) need.

For real dude. You ain't getting no better than you are now, unless you want to hire people to weight and measure you or something and nobody gives a good goddamn about that! It's an excuse. Get your ass out there!

And yeah you need to believe it and live it. This mindset is the ONLY way I got over my crap. And whether or not you or anybody else thinks I'm pretty now (you probably don't even know what I look like so it's ok) I'm kinda happy with it and I'll have it out with anybody that says different. You need to be that way too.

Yes, its so textbook 80s move girl gets her head on straight and wows the boys but that didn't happen. I didn't wow anybody, I just felt a lot better about myself and with the help of friends I learned to hang out with folks and say the right things etc.

One thing that is true, we ain't got no more time than what we got. You are what> 30's? You won't get this back when you suddenly realize in your 50's how to smooth talk or that it doesn't matter or whatever. Now is now dude. It's all you got!
