Should humanity be cleansed of unattractive males?

Can only speak for one woman, not all, (myself), but in my opinion, no. The qualities and beauty I have found in less than attractive males in my lifetime far exceed the qualities in the attractive males I was either partners with or acquainted with. I am honestly answering your question - sexual attractiveness has less to do with appearance and more to do with a number of other factors, too much to go into here. I do not find the standard accepted model type guy interesting.

You can never only have good looking people never. There will always be ugly, the bar will be just set in another place.

No, but some males should not be allowed to reproduce. Hint: it has little to do with looks. Historically, I don't think looks were universally a survival advantage either. They are definitely not so today. You have to remember that a sophisticated view of Evolution looks at the evolution of groups and species, not just individuals. Survival of the fittest requires a good deal of cooperation.

From a utilitarian point of view, good looks have very little benefit in society, except as athletes and entertainers. The qualities that contribute the most to society have little to do with looks. I would argue that engineers, administrators, scientists, STEM fields have the most to offer, and success in these fields has little to do with looks.

I wouldn't be opposed to preventing people with low IQ's and a felony record from reproducing.
