Kind of indifferent. Depends on what my future partner wants - IF I ever get married.

Might depend on holiday season in my ideal honeymoon destination if we were planning on taking a trip right away (and assuming my hypothetical partner agreed that was The destination for us to go to) - then, of course, the wedding would have to be arranged for around the ideal travel time of year to head to that locale.

There are pros and cons about all times of year around here, so, whatever we decide I'll make the best of by focusing on the pros.

The first day of Spring, a.k.a. the "Spring Equinox." Spring is my favorite season, and I just love what Spring truly means. :heart:
Hopefully I'm able to compromise on the day with whoever I'm going to marry. :roll:

In all seriousness though, I would actually like to have a wedding in the spring or either the fall. Because if you get married in the summer, then you have to take your kids on your wedding anniversary.

I want to get married on the moon, now that would be badass.

I want to do it at dusk on a summer night, just as the fireflies are coming out, I think that'll look magical. And I want a light blue dress. (Thank god mom's dress didn't fit when she made me try it on.). It's pretty, but it's not MY dress.

Do you have to have a brides maid? I'd rather not. I'd also rather just have a party than a formal dinner. Buffet style, just get what you want. No fancy cutlery or anything.

I am not planning to get married at all, maybe just fast government sign up so my relationship gets legalized. I don't have a boyfriend anyway and the whole white dress and huge party dream doesn't look pleasant to me at all.

But if I were to choose a day for wedding I think 12/13 of August would be nice. Perseid meteor shower night. People stay up all night on their wedding party anyway so I would spend most of the night stargazing outside. Why not? Who said I am supposed to dance and eat all the time?

And on anniversaries we would go on trips to locations with dark sky. And on 12 of August 2026
we would spend our anniversary in Spain, watching the total Sun eclipse.
