I had a nice weekend away from everything and everyone to clear my head and I just feel that things are moving too fast for me. I did just manage to write him a letter of assertion to let him know that I was thankful for buying me dinner and offering me rides. I also said that I felt like things seemed to indicate that he wanted to date without being upfront about it. I said that I was not ready and that he is welcome to join group gatherings while saying that I did not have any feelings back towards him at this time.

So what kind of guy do you like?

You know? I am not really thinking about that right now. I have so much going on that I have not really paid attention.

Anyway he had accepted what I said and respected my point of view but he is still trying to push the whole "Best friend thing." While it is nice, I just thought it was too soon to look at me as a bestie since we have known each other for a MONTH. I told him that it was too soon.
