If I really liked him/her I probably would. I don't tend to decide whether I like someone or not based on their speech.

I know some people who have difficulty speaking and I get on quite well with them.

No, she must have perfect speach and if it's the slightest bit off then she is a ret*d and I want nothing to do with her.

Why on Earth would a speech disorder make somebody less attractive? I don't understand. How does it make her less intelligent? Unable to engage in romance? Unable to screw?

I might actually find her more attractive, stuttering is kind of cute.

In other words: Why is this an issue?

That depends if she was mature and if I loved her or not.

i find i have trouble hearing ppl until i get to know their voice anyway...

know lots of foreign ppl so am use to accents and such, so i doubt i would have any problem with it...

unless the speech disorder involved spittle! SAY IT DONT SPRAY IT sorry... bad joke

i uesd to interpret for my little brother (to our parents and such) when he was a toddler. he had to go to speech therapy well into elementary school if i remember.

maybe that's where my love for languages has come from.

Absolutely.

That to me seems like it's a fairly small thing.
