The only reason why this matters to me is that there is no specific enough definition of what constitutes as sexual harassment. You can just ask a girl out on a date, and if she says no, you could be punished for it.

"The law prohibits unwelcome "sexual" conduct and words or actions "of a sexual nature." Some conduct, such as hugging, may be sexual or nonsexual and must be evaluated in context. Sexual harassment may be physical, such as kissing, hugging, pinching, patting, grabbing, blocking the victim's path, leering or staring, or standing very close to the victim. It may also be verbal, which may be oral or written and could include requests"

From legal dictionary.

But there needs to be some form of intention, no?

Like if you honestly just want to ask a girl on a date and she hasn't told you like "Don't come near me", and you don't know that maybe she doesn't want to be asked out on dates, then ask her? Not harassment.

If she says no or otherwise expresses "leave me alone" and then you keep asking? that would be a form of harassment, yeah.

Another example:
If you have never had a person say they explicitly don't want you asking them on a date but it is common knowledge they are married/committed and your intention is anything other than genuine... that could be harrassment. But then it's a lot of "how do you show intention or show no intention?"

I don't know the letter of the law here, though.

Do you actually have any proof of this? Or is it another one of your posts with baseless evidence?

I doubt most of us would know what a "cocky smile" is, as I would imagine there are a lot of people like myself who cannot read expressions at all.
I am not the OP so no, any flirting at any work place is grounds for sexual harassment and if it is any form of flirting from a female worker she is baiting the male coworker to flirt back and that is when she will get him fired for sexual harrassment.

I was asking YOU for proof, which you haven't provided, even for your latest statement. Why are you making it like this happens all the time? I've barely heard of someone "baiting" another into flirting just to get them in trouble. Let me ask you this, would it be the same if a male did this to a female employee? Or is this a double standard to you?

Quit believing everything you read / see on the internet, it helps a ton.

A lot of coworkers date each other - but the flirting happens outside the workplace.

It only get risky if one is the boss.

I was not aware females always have a big cocky smile on their face when getting sexually harassed....never heard of that as most people in general don't like sexual harassment. Are you sure it is sexual harassment going on that they are smiling about, because that seriously makes no sense.

why? women make alot of excuses and have nasty grins, sometimes they target it as a good trait to have. when was the last time you had a cocky smile? i am pretty sure you used to.

...you seem to be confusing sexual harassment with any other time that a person might have another expression on their face?

The Carob thing is often mixed with tahini (sesame paste), the same base substance of hummous, it tastes sweet and eaten with bread, it was used by the ancients in the region as alternative to sugar.

Its texture is simialr to thick honey but black; I think the Molasses looks very similar to it but not sure if they taste the same; in fact the product above is called "Mélasse de Caroub" (molasses of carob).
