I used to think I could pick up on pings of interest from girls, but now I realize I can't.
Lots of girls are just friendly people, and some girls have actually felt sorry for me (which is the polar opposite of them wanting me! 
).

Be friends with her, and when you get her complete trust, reveal that you have Asperger's and then answer all questions about Asperger's she as? At least, if I was in that situation, I'd do the same.
