Do you folks think maybe the reason my posts get so little traffic is because there's nothing wrong with them?
People piled on board with this guy, but I'm seeing it was mostly to disagree with him - which I also disagree. He looks like he just picked up a David DeAngelo book and started quoting the intro. Even then, I'm suspecting we won't hear much back from him after this.

Stupidity, bigotry, trolling, profanity, whining (if done loudly and incessantly) and foaming at the mouth against the opposite sex or NTs will indeed get you a lot of attention. Now, are you sure you want that kind of attention?

That's an unpleasant way to say it. This is a newbie who found something we could all discuss. One of us should have gently pointed out that we're more inclined to conversation. Often, somebody with autism with have difficulty with conversation. We of all people should be gentler.

Note to Sabreclaw - you could say "I've read that <condense article>" and then say what you think of it, or if you've never thought of it, or if you were brought up to believe something else, and then you could say "Comments?" That's more conversational, I think.

No, you don't know what I want. And the world is not so black and white to be composed of only "alpha males" and "nice guys".

The truth is, the the majority of men and the majority of women form relationships and get married.

The guy who works at the deli at the market, the trash truck driver, the house painter. The facts don't support the picture you paint of the world, where the only men with successful relationships are high earning leaders, and the perpetuation of such ideas is detrimental to both men and women who struggle socially.

When you take extremes and try to present them as the average, you create the illusion of insurmountable mountains for people like us, where there are none.

Stupid people, ugly people, poor people, fat people, bald people....people with who work on assembly lines in factories, people who mop floors for a living...people who are the anti-thesis of "alpha", manage to secure relationships.

So do people on the spectrum. But we often struggle more than others due to social delays.

Your posts tend to be wise and insightful. So yes. I do believe you get little traffic because people are more inclined to agree with you.

I don't care what women in general want, I don't want women that are into dating, want to be led or dominated or want a lot of sex. I'm sure "my" type of women exist too, so what the OP presents is not "what women want", but mostly "what many NT women want", which is kind of irrelevant.

How do you know what we (NT women) want? And I don't think it's irrelevant.

I don't know why I'm going to ask this, but what the heck are you talking about? I don't remember being a part of that quiz so it must be invalid. :-p
