You're about a foot taller than me.

I've lost 50 pounds before and didn't effect my face :/

You have to get pretty lean for your face to lean out, usually.

Your view of your face, Sly, is different than the views of other people.

I can look really ugly at times. Far uglier than you can ever look.

I'd lost weight before with no real effect besides going from 46 waist to 42 waist. I hate beards and have over $600 in shaving supplies Plus it's one of two things in my life I enjoy

Hair style would cost me $50 a month which is all I really have after bills to cover stuff like deodorant, shampoo, soap, etc

Many women don't get into the minutiae of a guy's looks. They really don't. Many are more concerned about their own looks than the look of somebody else.

You're 6 foot 3-6 foot 4, Sly. A size 42 on you would look lots better than a size 42 on me.

I dont know the consensus so far seems to be I'm too fat and so ugly

Besides starving myself and always being hungry and feeling like vomiting i dont know how I'd lose 150-200 pounds

You really shouldn't ever use a deficit larger than 1000 calories a day. It's counterproductive to starve yourself, you should at the very least get some protein everyday.

Your teeth are okay. Better than my teeth.

In fact, until a few months ago, I had a missing tooth in the front.

Doesn't take much to make me feel starving especially currently with my acids problem if I go too many hours without eating something I feel like vomiting.

I eat breakfast at 6am and won't be able to eat again til 3-4pm unless I eat the free popcorn at work.

Night shifts is eat at 1:30 then not again til 11:30-12am

The only way I lost the weight last time was 1200 calorie a day and walking 10 miles a day. Which isn't something I can do due to working most of the day most days and the other days needed to recover from working.even then I only lost 30-40 pounds from 285ish down to 250.

I also have zero motivation, when I did that it was to join the marines 6 years ago

I also had friends to help me.
To lose weight I'd have to go to gym 4-5 days a week. Which would be 1and half trip there and hour and half trip back plus what time spent there so it's take up good part of a day. I only get 2 days off some weeks. I'd burn myself out without recovery time

I've mostly cut out monster drinks though I've gained 20 pounds since starting work 2 years ago . I'd hoped working would lose weight. So I'm pushing 280 again :(

Unless there is something seriously wrong with you, that is complete BS. You should never go down to 1200 calories, never. And you don't have to exercise either. I bet you are just impatient, and incosistent with your calorie intake.

Yeah, you're definitely overweight----and, according to the BMI formula, you're OBESE (and, losing 100 pounds, would put you, comfortably, in the "healthy zone" [that's going-by 280, cuz you didn't say, exactly; and, 6'3", cuz you didn't say, exactly])! !

Do a high-protein diet, and choose an activity that you can do, that makes you unaware, that you're exercising (cuz, "exercising", as in PURPOSELY FORCING yourself to work-out, cuz you know you SHOULD, is quite boring, IMO, and thus, you'll quickly lose interest)----something that's FUN, for you; like, swimming, shootin' hoops, or bowling (you don't have to do ANY of these activities WITH someone, if you don't want to). Also, IIRC, your car's no longer operable? If not, get a bike (if you don't already have one), and ride it, to work----or, if it's too far, ride it to the bus stop, put your bike in the bike rack on the front of the bus (at least, that's where it is, in Baltimore), and then get-off the bus a little earlier, than usual, and cycle the rest of the way, to work (over time, you might be able to ride ALL-the-way, there).

On a protein diet, you can lose about 20 pounds, in a couple of months----and, if you're exercising, maybe MORE----and, you won't starve to death (I've done it, myself - and was AMAZED at how easy it was, cuz I wasn't HUNGRY). You have to be careful, though----after about a week of eating ONLY protein, and veggies, for example, you have to start incorporating other things, back into your diet, or it'll make you sick (lightheaded, maybe)----like, fiber (instant oats, is good - and WHOLE-WHEAT bread). The whole point is, basically, don't eat anything WHITE----no salt, no sugar, no white bread, potatoes, rice, and ESPECIALLY pasta (carbs, as pasta is, is worse than straight-up sugar, IMO, in causing one to gain weight); and, NO processed foods (ie, hot dogs, TV dinners).

Here's an example:

Breakfast: A 3 whole-egg omelet, filled-to-overflowing with ham, onions, cheese, baby spinach (if you don't wanna cut-up veggies [onions], CHEAT with, for instance, "Pace Picante" [onions, peppers, and tomatoes - YUMMY, and it doesn't have to be hot (as in, pepper-hot), it comes-in mild]). If you don't like spinach----TOTALLY understandable, as I don't like spinach, either----BABY spinach, is MUCH different-tasting, however. If you don't like either of these things, figure something out, where you can get some veggies, in ya, some way, to help fill you up.

Lunch: For days that you work, get some high-protein drinks ("Special K" makes some that I like - they have strawberry [my fav], chocolate, vanilla, banana [and, maybe some other flavors - I think, berry]), and SIP one, while you work, if you can (if you can't, drink one at lunchtime). On days that you don't work, a tuna sandwich is GREAT----or, chicken or turkey, or roast beef (but, it has to be REAL meat - NO lunchmeat, cuz they're LOADED with carbs, usually), and a banana, or berries, or something like that----or, if you like salad, that goes great with a sandwich.

SUPPER: Steak and veggies----but, NO baked potato (or potatoes, of ANY kind). Chicken's good----roast beef----turkey----even a cheeseburger (NO bun, though).

Also, eating every THREE hours, is best----that's why I said to SIP the protein drink, if you can, cuz it'll sustain you, the whole time.

Yeah, see..... This is probably why you've gained weight, because, most likely, you're eating like a FIEND, then, when you're finally able to eat----and, even if you're not eating everything in sight, our bodies have a way of taking care-of themselves, and if you deprive it, it starts doin' it's OWN thing, to keep us from starving (and, unfortunately, I can't remember what, exactly, that is, that our body starts doin' - but, IIRC, I THINK it starts producing SUGAR; NOT good, obviously).

Yeah, those "monster drinks" are LOADED with sugar and carbs----all alot of people have to do, is LOOK at an energy drink, to gain weight (LOL not literal). TOTALLY get rid of those suckers----and, replace them with WATER; and, if you don't like water, get NATURALLY flavored water (but, read the label, and only get some with NO sugar / carbs).

***********************************

As for how you look: I agree with those who've said to lose weight, grow your hair, and grow a beard. Losing weight, I've already discussed----letting your hair grow (it doesn't have to be a "style", that costs money to maintain), makes your face look slimmer. If you don't like beards on yourself, try the 5 o'clock shadow look. See this guy----the RIGHT side doesn't make him look so young / nerdy / preppy / whatever:

Image

Your clean-shaven face makes you look, about, TWELVE!! I'm sure you already know this, given your collection of face-hair accoutrements, but they have shavers / attachments, that will keep your facial hair NEAT, at just this length (not a full beard); that'll ALSO make your face appear, slimmer.

If all this sounds like too much work----and, you don't wanna do it----that's okay----but, then, you have to ALSO be okay with STAYING girlfriend-less, TOO!!
