Though we'd all like to think other people absolutely must know how we feel, they do not. If she is shy, she is probably focused on her own feelings or anxieties. Your job is to gently work your way into her sphere of observation. If she shows any signs of being uncomfortable or wanting to keep her distance than you must respect that.

Do not stalk, stare, hover, spy on, or surprise her. This creeps people out

If you share a class then that is the prefect source of material to find something to talk about to see how she responds. Keep in mind that some people smile a lot simply because they are uncomfortable. Does she arrive to class earlier than most? Start arriving early. If she lingers to pack her things then linger doing your stuff. Manage as gracefully as possible to say something, preferably a nice positive comment about something she said or presented.

Next time, comment about a book she's reading or recent news, or stuff that's happening at your school. If you can't establish some means of communicating with her, what did you plan on doing once you got her on a date?

Once in a while it does work to start by asking her out but your best shot is to get to know her first.

Yesterday was the day that I spoke to her for the first time, Class ended and I left earlier than her so I waited for her but I didn't made it obvious. I just went to a different hallway and drank some water from a fountain. So when I walked back, there she was and she was parked next to my car so we both were heading in the same direction. I asked her a question about the class (a legitimate question btw, I didn't understood something that was taught in class)

I personally find the cinema too obvious and too intimate, unless the girl is already obviously interested in a romantic relationship with you.

I would start by proposing a drink pretending (or actually) to celebrate something good which happened to her / or have a chat about something bad which happened to her.

But having a drink may put you in a uncomfortable situation if you are on the spectrum, best would be to propose an activity she likes.

If you are not sure of her feelings, it has to appear with no romantic intention at a start. Otherwise there is a risk she avoids you afterwards.
Always leave the door open for her to say no. ("if you like, we could...").
If she says no, it means she is not interested in you for the moment, or not interested in the activity you propose, look out for her response.
