LOL Kraftie, it's a sensory thing for me. Weird but true.

So, ummm, we’re freaking out over $40? Sorry, but that’s chump change.

I couldn’t do it every week, no. But $40 for entree, drinks, dessert is not bad.

You liked the girl enough to go out once, freak out over $40, and she’s practically throwing herself at you. I kinda feel bad for HER.

Seriously, people...learn to treat women right.

A little FYI: my wife and I felt a need to reboot our dating life since, after all, you can’t take this for granted just because you’re married and have children and expect the relationship to stay healthy. So we call it a family night, and sometimes we even invite friends as money permits. If it’s just the five of us, we go to our favorite Mexican restaurant (NOT Taco Bell) and eat for under $60. That’s for 2 adults, 3 kids, one of whom does NOT order off the kids’ menu. We typically skip drinks and dessert. Most meals we only drink water anyway.

Seriously, never take a potential love interest for granted. Or if it’s just not a good time, then don’t date. But if you ARE going to date, be generous! $40? I might can come up with half of that looking under couch cushions.
