I find it sexist that when a girl makes a post about a guy coworker hitting on her Fnord immediately tells her to report him for harassment. But when a guy makes a post about a girl coworker hitting on him Fnord suggests 3 types of approaches two of which are ways for the guy to reject the girl himself or vaguely attempt to & the 3rd involves the guy going along with it & then the guy getting reported for taking advantage of her. viewtopic.php?t=387381

He digs you, obviously.

Tell him you like him as a friend, and that you don’t want romance with him.

If he continues touching you, tell him, nicely, that you don’t like it. If he persists, tell him not so nicely.

If he does something like grab your butt, then maybe HR should be notified.
