Unfortunately, Virtual Reality Gaming is known to cause nausea/queasiness.
It depends on the person, but since you are already having problems with first-person perspective games, I think 3D gaming might be a problem for you too.
I recommend you try some virtual headsets on and test them before you buy.

I spend too much time in respawn for it to be fun. Plus I always seem to spawn right in front of an enemy camper
