Then I suggest that you acquire those skills. People in general will be attracted to you only for what you do.

Start by walking around the block. You don’t have to walk fast. Walk at a speed where you won’t be huffing and puffing. If you go 2.5 mph, that’s okay. Start off by walking about 15 minutes.
