What do you think my female friends attitude is towards me judging by her actions?
I'd say she includes you in the group, sees you as a friend but doesn't fancy you. She's a potential ally to your cause so take it on the chin and not to heart. Keep dancing.
After reading domineekee's response, I'd have to say that was the best opinion of the situation. That post was actually empowering and socially sound. It was the kindest sort of uplifting truth EVER.
You two should meet being that you might actually be able to. It looks like you're both from the UK. Maybe far but better still - maybe near. 
As much as I enjoy Jamsey's posts, he and his friends like taking their shirts off in clubs and showing their n̶i̶p̶p̶l̶e̶s̶ muscles off to all the NT girls.

Ah yes, sorry, feelings.
Working out can certainly be good for health if done correctly, and, dependent on other factors, could even improve your chances with the ladies, or so I've heard.
It's a totally valid hobby regardless.

As a woman (possibly or borderline NT at that), I affirm these comments. I'm often weirded out by conventionally attractive men, anyways.
I've never been attracted to "attractive" men either
