It is good that you are so self aware. If you notice your emotions getting worse, and then realize your period is near, you can "logically" dismiss the exaggerated emotions, because you know that they are more extreme than reality.

This is also somewhat common, changes in hormones can and do muck up emotions. So try not to sweat it :heart:
