I think it might also be a celebrity thing - the girls can notch up they slept with a guy who was famous (even if that fame was only 15 min long).

Bit of a conundrum; some women get off on degradation play, sure. Nothing wrong there. But is it still fun when it seemingly comes naturally to him, and also doesn't stop?

I would of course be happy to volunteer to smack aforementioned girls on the bottom if they needed a little discipline

Do men typically scrutinize the moral character of women they sleep with? I think not. If a woman was hot, but had a history of bad behavior, I doubt she'd lack for suitors.

When I was in the military, plenty of guys I knew married dumpster fire women in order to get out of the dorms and receive the raise in their paychecks. Men are just statistically, more likely to be physically violent.

Also, internet dating sites are sh_t. Most women I know IRL don't date violent psychopaths. Maybe place the blame on stupid PEOPLE as opposed to women.

I think that the regular guys here are actually with it to that degree; we all know pretty well by now that it's dumb on the part of all of us to continue our existence complacently as usual in a sexist system pitting everyone against each other.

I don't think there's anyone in the world who hasn't complied in some way with some social conditioning that makes so many people think love only works one way. Beats me, maybe that's the only reason anyone ever meets each other, but that still leaves room for free will & all.

Yeah but there's a lot of young guys on WP whom perceive that internet dating sites are the only option they have to meet girls.

I did say that not all women but "some" seem to either "tolerate" mild aggression/psychopathy or might even get off on having a "strong" man.

I never used online dating but I did try a dating service once in the 1990s and the women I met were all strange and I could see why they were using dating service. I swore I would never use this type of service again.

My best guess is that women using online dating services are a mixed bunch but apps like Tinder are basically for hookups.

I think people as a whole becoming desensitized to violence is a part of these issues.

Essentially I don't even blame stupid people, we're everywhere, this is a sort of philosophy problem.
