He's a highly intelligent believe it or not.

He got in big trouble with the police 4 years ago for shouting racist abuse at a foreign woman. My friend dislikes black people in general.

Your friend, hopefully, got at least a knuckle sandwich in jail.

A person who shouts racist abuse at foreign women is NOT displaying high intelligence.

Women might find you more trustworthy if you stop hanging around with your pervy, racist, sexist friend.

Well he used to work in Dubai doing a very complicated job so he is a smart that is for sure.

There's a quote which is usually unforgiving about 'when someone shows you who they are, believe them'.

In this case, believe him until/unless he changes.

Women are wary of this guy because he's a creep. Either he's an arrogant NT who thinks he can say s**t like this out loud to prove his power in the dynamic. Or he's an autistic person who genuinely believes it. Or he's some other form of ND where he doesn't care and is into the power/genuinely believes it. Either way: be on your guard.

If they're wary of you, it's likely because you're hanging about with him.

Social intelligence and technical intelligence are two entirely different things.

Equating one with the other is called "False Equivalence".

I do live in a small town so I guess more people see me with hanging around with him than I might realise.

Be wary of the company you keep; for they are a reflection of who you are or who you want to be.

it is not a normal behaviour

and in fact, haven looked after a little girl from the age 3 to 13-14
i have never seen my niece naked ever

i used to take her to the swimming pool every week
she changed herself or in the same cubicle as her friend

i was never involved getting her changed out of her clothes or taking her to the toilet
at the most i helped her put her socks and jumper on
but that's as far as it went

on the otherside
my niece has never seen me naked ever!

I used to coach children Judo on a weekly basis, and at times kids needed help to go to the toilet etc.
At no point did I ever help kids go to the toilet, boys nor girls. and at no point did I help kids get changed

at no point did any of the kids help me go to the toilet or get changed either! that is how it has to be now
a mans life can be ruined with one unintentional well meaning move

if anyone turned up the Judo to watch kids do Judo
who weren't parents of the children

they would be asked to leave
as their actions could be considered to be grooming

when teaching judo, we also had to adopt a no contact teaching style if possible
ideally adults demonstrating techniques with an adult partner
as it is now pretty much considered grooming or inappropriate if we touch the kids anywhere on the body
even when correcting their posture / technique

it made teaching judo very difficult but hey
if it keeps kids safe from molesters
i think sure

after teaching judo for several years to kids
i started to think perhaps some of the other teachers are perhaps interested in kids for the wrong reasons
although i didn't catch any one in the act of anything

but still, when considering how much vulnerability the coaches are in from slanderers
i started to think why i bother teaching kids for free
so i decided to quit (as well as for other reasons, due to major power struggles within the club)

with regards to why some woman find men with ASD creepy
i believe it is likely due to how incompetent some of us are when it comes to woman

in some cases, we are desperate lonely men that really want a girlfriend that dont have the social skill
to communicate in a effective manner to get a girl friend

so some of us end up attempting to find girl friends by hanging around girls
but without good communication skills to get the woman to relax and enjoy their company
we end up just looking like weirdos that follow (stalk) woman around hoping that
they will suddenly get horny and invite us home and take us to bed

doesn't usually happen though hate to tell you this

Jamesy, You have to stop associating with that person. People grow accustomed to what their friends say and think.

His attitude toward people is reprehensible. Even if you don't think the same way he does, being around him will start to make those types of comments seem normal. They are NOT normal. I hope you can spend time with other friends who have more healthy conduct.

This may be a clue.
