People have had sex whilst being drunk for thousands of years.

Wokeists who say sex whilst drunk is rape are deluded. It's only rape if people are so drunk that they cannot give consent, which is very drunk for most people.

Also, if a woman walks you home, invites you into her home, asks for sex & then you have sex - even if you are both drunk, it is definitely not rape.

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise - they are wrong.

Even more so if she is 67 years old. Give the woman credit/agency over her actions - she has had 67 years on this Earth. I am sure she can decide whether to have sex, or not.

If you are sober and a (biological) woman is drunk - avoid having sex with that person. They might accuse you of rape. But if you are both drunk, it's 'game on' if you both want it.

P.S, there is a whole 'night-club' economy where people specifically go out and about to 'pull' and get laid.

Wokeists who think it (drunk sex) is rape don't live in the real world. People seek this out, at great monetary cost, often. A 'night on the town' can set you back £100 with the prices of alcoholic drinks in a major city.

It's still taking advantage. Even if they don't regret it the next day. It's not an honorable thing to do.

But if both people are drunk/under the influence of alcohol, both parties can accuse each other of taking advantage.

It's only taking advantage if one person is drunk and the other is not drunk, hence my recommendation of not doing that, as posted above.

Plus, there's context & motivation to consider as well. Why is a person having sex on a particular night or day - did they go to a place of socialisation specifically for sex? If they did and ended up having sex, whllst drunk, with another drunk person - there is no law stating that that is a forbidden activity.

Finally, age of consent is key. 16 is the age of consent in the United Kingdom. 67 is more than half a century beyond that age, so that's not an issue.

Again, if both parties want sex & both are drunk, there is nothing unlawful about this.

Generally, if you are able to walk home without aid, you are capable of consenting to sex, in the eyes of the law, because if you were so intoxicated that you could not consent to sex, then you wouldn't be able to stand, basically.

Unless you are disabled and unable to consent because of a low social age, as in a person with Autism. In which case you likely wouldn't be randomly taking a woman home anyway - they would be taking you home.

I think the woman has the right to return home , without being taken advantage of by wandering passers by, shes was clearly not in any state to make good judgment--going after Jamesy, of all people. If a 67 year woman fancies a 31 year old male, let her make a move when she's sober. You know when she's in a state, where she would actually remember what happened the next day.

How would she be taken advantage of by a 'wandering passer by' if she was the one "going after Jamesy"? That is a contradiction in terms.

By denying a woman a chance to have sex whilst drunk, free will & agency is being denied. The 67 year old woman might only be able to become 'loose' or 'uninhibited' whilst drunk. She may want to become drunk. She may seek it out. She might be unable to have sex whilst sober & want to be drunk whilst having sex. That's her perogative.

Also, if you are only mildly or moderately drunk, you will have all your memories the next day if you have a non-diseased brain.

Also, you are disrespecting Jamesy by saying "of all people"? That's hurtful to Jamesy and he is a human right there.

P.S, no woman has the right or entitlement to state whether she consented to sex based on a biological man's perceived social value. That has nothing to do with the law.

That villain Jamesy, DENYING this woman. What a scoundrel. I bet he was looking like James dean through her beer goggles, and she couldn't keep her hands off him. When drunk, its well known fact, people personality change, become disorientated, out of it. Jamesy did the right thing. Even if she wasn't so drunk, that it blacked out her memory, if she woke up the next day and remembered it, she might feel very upset and disgusted. Jamesy ultimately did the right thing, by leaving it alone.

No, that was more babybird who loves to insult you. I'm generally neutral. And don't deny your're socially awkward. It is reasonable to assume the woman was not in her right mind to be going after you. You're always complaining about how you keep making bad impressions on people.

What so saying “I must look like James Dean through her beer goggles” is not insulting to me then?

I am actually not a bad looking guy

It's a well known fact that people look better when drunk. I'm not saying you're bad looking. I don't know what you look like. But Booze alters people perceptions. It also boosts libido. She could have even been a alcoholic.

It's best that you avoided the potential hassle, James. You did a smart thing, in my opinion.

Yeah I know she could have made allegations against and got me in trouble with the police.
