Being Webmaster of 72 websites and an Admin at 37 forums. you want To have just a few competent mods and make the rest socially appealing to keep the community active. Because if mods are constantly rude it discourages members to post. Simple Logic, which I can clearly see you lack.

But before we move on to the topic I do not see how you can starbuline is even near competent to have any form of power.
