Just move to America. 5'3" and 129 lbs is thinner than most American women, so you'll have an advantage .

Seriously, though. Don't kill yourself because of the way you look. Having absolutely no physical flaws looks terribly boring.

Nope. Focus on nutrition and good health and learn to trust your own judgement. Your body will be what it is supposed to be. If some a**hole guy doesn't like it, let him miss out on being with you. His loss, not yours. A woman with well-developed shoulders is sexy. Besides, shoulders don't go away with dieting. Dude's twisted.

BTW, Smelena is HOT!

If you have problems with other people controlling your life, get help to deal with them: counseling, police, whatever. That's how you take charge of your life and keep it.

I love subtle humor as much as the next guy... actually more than most guys... but I can't expect everyone to follow suit. Especially on an AS forum...
