well, She obviously likes you on some level. If you like her (romantically) I think you should ask her on a casual date because based on what you've said she probably would either agree to it or just politely refuse. as long as she isnt too big on temper there shouldnt be a problem even if she does refuse. the hard thing is working up the courage and figuring out just what she would like to do together.
