Well, it's not our main shared interest. We have just enjoyed each other's company, so we are still finding out stuff about each other. These are early days, yet! 8)

What a coincidence, I've been talking to a girl lately, while she never said as much, I suspect she might be Aspie. I don't suppose you watch "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" 8)

EDIT: Ah, nevermind. Just wishful thinking. I see that you are actually in Florida.

Ok, good luck.

It's frustrating you know. And it's not like two blind people helping each other out. Our Disabilitiy affects even our relations to each other.

Would I date an AS person?

Looking back I'm pretty sure I already have.

Well, I figure it this way, TrueDave. I have had screwed up relationships with NT's, so why not give an Aspie guy a chance?

How can you be so sure the guys were NTs?
Isnt it harder to notice in a guy?

Believe me, these guys were NT's. One liked to party, excessively. He liked bars, pool halls, and was constantly socializing. No problem with eye contact, etc. The other was sort of schizo, but did nothing but social stuff, too. I can recognize an Aspie guy within three minutes flat. Or I wait until they speak. Having three Aspie brothers may have given me an edge.

Actually, I've always heard that it's harder to recognize Aspie females.
