It's an interestingly circular bit of definition, really. "Aspies can't have relationships, or get married. You're married? Then you must not be an Aspie! Sure, you fit the diagnostic criteria to an almost frightening degree, but the fact that you found someone who doesn't insist on nonverbal communication means you can't have AS! Why? Because Aspies can't have relationships!"
