From the small picture you provided, I'd say yes. Obviously, I don't just go by looks, but you have feminine features and I like feminine features in a man :)

I think you look average. However if you smiled I bet you would look 100% better.

And I think the guy with a lot of hair is not bad. Might suggest cleaning up the hair a little but that's about it.

The thing is no matter what others think, it is WHAT YOU think that counts.

I have gone through many phases in my life but one thing I always do is make sure I look good to me.

People always love to put in their 0.02 cents but I rarely listen. I take their fashion advice into account but in the end I am still constantly changing my hair, having fun picking new styles, and enjoying the local rubbish store.

I am the guy who wears Chuck Taylors to a formal event just because he cares that little about conforming. If I am spending a long time at a place I don't want to be, I am going to go comfortable.

Exceptions are obvious EG Weddings, Work, Interviews, etc. etc. etc.
