When I was ten I kind of wanted to be gay because I had grown up as a child hating girls and not wanting to have anything to do with them. But I couldn't help it, I started getting crushes on women and found myself aroused by women rather than men. It's something truly involuntary, at least it was for me.

Anyway, we should all be more mature than that anyway. None of us need to harbour such disdain for the opposite sex.

It's probably easier for gays to get laid, men at least, but it's not easier, and it's probably harder, for them to find a real relationship. I'm undecided as to whether I'm straight or bi, but I really like girls anyway, they're pretty and sweet and everything. . .I just wish I were better at talking to them.

I'm not sure if it'd necessarily be easier but men would probably get away with it with much less stick.

There's nothing abnormal about finding certain features of the same sex attractive or at least aesthetically pleasing.

Males also tend to mature, socially and emotionally, at a different rate than females do which might be a factor in feeling rejection for most of the guys your age you'd be interested in dating.

Then again, relationships are difficult at any age.

I just don't want to like guys. The general population of males are either jerks, gay, or just plain don't like me. I can find nice females, but I seem to attract those a**hole kind of men.
But my heart beats faster whenever a hot guys comes around. I love woman's breasts and buttocks, but nothing to the degree of the geekish guy look :P
I'm already a social pariah from my Aspergers, so I don't mind the judgement from being gay...

I must admit, it would so, totally be in my best interests to be gay. Ive NEVER gotten along well with women my WHOLE freakin' life! Even when I was a kid many adult women were very disapproving of me, especially teenage babysitters :? . Men are just SO Much easier for me to relate to and to 'deal with'; partly cuz they tend to be fairly direct. Thing is, if I were gay I'd have NOTHIN to do with those passive-aggressive, catty limp-wristed pantywaists(like Max The Bear from AFF for example, what b***h he is ).But alas, Im straight...aint nothin to be done about That :(.

I wasn't going to post in here in case of misconstrued judgements. Yes I feel the same way. That's all I feel like I can say in a public love and dating domain for all to see.

It's entirely up to you whether you want to be with guys or girls Ebec. All that matters is that you are with someone, male or female, that makes you happy.

I'm straight and glad of it, though most women either hate me or ignore me for not being super popular.

Shame on you Social_Fantom. People are what they are and you should learn to accept that. :x

Yeah, that's true. I know it's no big deal but being an aspie I have to explain what I meant. I was trying to let her know that she can be with whoever she wants, we won't judge her either way. I probably should have said that instead of what I said first.

Whenever someone says something like "Shame on you," I just have to explain my intent, I hate the thought of offending someone unintentionally. I think you were just kidding but I suppose it's my AS taking things seriously.

Huh? I think it was positive saying that I should be allowed to be with guys or girls.

My sister's gay, so I would be accepted if I was bi or gay as well by my mom and his boyfriend. I think I'm straight though, my gut tells me that. Time will tell though...

I did mean that to be positive. That wink emoticon suggests he was just kidding but since my AS makes me take some things seriously I had to explain myself, even though I knew I really didn't have to. Oh well.

Anyway, just follow your heart.

I thought about it a while during my teenage years. There's times where I've found men attractive, but not really in a sexual way.

With the history of how my family treats women, I sometimes wish I was, and it wouldn't bother me.

My brother uses his girlfriend for sex and always talks about how he does not love her, and my dad does the same. His current girlfriend abuses him and treats him like absolute dirt, but he doesn't care cuz he gets laid out of it.

I'm smart enough (this is the only time I will ever refer to myself as smart) not to take after them, but still am ashamed by what they do. :x
